As part of our nickel plated aluminum series we developed this console table design. It exhibits the next iteration of our mortise and tenon metalwork with drilled and tapped fasteners.
Beetles left behind a blue toned discoloration in the wood. As a team we chose to preserve the natural “ink blotch” pattern, inspiring the table’s name.
